Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a Professional subscription that you took out in a Focus Family desktop application for Windows, macOS or Linux through our reseller Paddle within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. To do so, enter your name, a detail identifying the contract and the email address for the confirmation of receipt, then click "Confirm withdrawal". You immediately receive the confirmation of receipt on this page and by email.

You can also still declare the withdrawal via the link in Paddle's purchase confirmation, at paddle.net or by email to focusfamily@software-notion.de. We carry out the withdrawal through Paddle; Paddle refunds the payment as the seller.

Purchases in the Apple App Store or on Google Play are withdrawn with the respective store. Organisation licences are sold only to businesses; no consumer right of withdrawal applies to them.
