Cancel the Professional subscription

Use this page to cancel a Professional subscription that you took out in a Focus Family desktop application for Windows, macOS or Linux through our reseller Paddle. After you submit the form, you immediately receive a confirmation of receipt on this page and by email.

You can also still cancel in the desktop application under "Manage subscription", via the links in Paddle's emails or by email to focusfamily@software-notion.de.

Subscriptions from the Apple App Store or Google Play are cancelled in the subscription settings of the respective store; we cannot end them for you.

One of these details is enough: the Focus Family ID, the Paddle order or subscription number, or the email address used for the purchase. The purchase email address alone is therefore sufficient. You can find the Focus Family ID in the app under Licence and the Paddle numbers in Paddle's purchase confirmation.
